ANAC purpose: Reduce aggression, domestically and internationally.

What do we mean by “aggression”?

Aggression is defined as “the initiation of force, threat of force, interference or fraud against a person, persons or their property”.

Aggression can be committed by an individual, a group or a government. It is often committed vicariously, such as when a person, group or organisation uses government to benefit from others or impose their wishes on others.

Polluting another’s environment which decreases the health of that person’s environment is a form of aggression.

ANAC opposes aggression.
Opposition to aggression is sometimes called “the non-aggression principle”.

Non-aggression does not imply pacifism. Every person, group and nation has the right to defend themselves, their property and their friends from aggression.

Sometimes, unfortunately, it is necessary to commit violence to halt aggression.

The most effective method to reduce violence is to eliminate all aggression.
