Internal use of your data

You provide us information about yourself and/or your organisation when you register to be a member of the Australian Non-Aggression Coalition (ANAC).

That information is used to

• communicate with you individually or as part of a widely-distributed communication, and

• to determine where the coalition is expanding the most, in order to initiate additional activities to expand the coalition.

Information about you is NOT be provided to any ANAC member outside the ANAC management team without your expressed consent.

External use of your data

None of your information is provided to anyone outside the ANAC management team without a legal warrant. If a legal warrant is served on us regarding your data, we inform you of such.

When we provide information to media about the size of the Coalition, it is composite data only, providing quantities, not specifics, unless you expressly permit such.

Your control of your data

If you wish us to remove your data from our system, you can renounce your membership of the coalition, whereupon your data will be removed from the database.
